From here all incidents are managed and dealt with in the most efficient and time effective manner. Sophisticated help desk software, developed and enhanced over many years provides the backbone for service delivery ensuring we are in control and able to direct our resources appropriately and effectively.

Our multi-vendor approach is delivered through a wide network of experienced field engineers and allows us to offer a more responsive and efficient support solution to our Customers.

Our multi vendor maintenance service enables you to combine voice and data networks, servers and your desktop environment under one contract. We can provide both hardware break/fix and desk-side support services efficiently and cost-effectively.

Network support covers a diverse range of LAN/WAN, data, voice and video technologies.  Success is based on investment in 3 areas: technical expertise, solid manufacturer relationships and excellent parts and logistics infrastructure.
